This is my all time favorite breakfast. It's like eating dessert for your main dish and who doesn't like that?
Ingredients needed:
1/2 a Banana
6 chunks fresh Pineapple
6-8 strawberries
4 tbsp vanilla yogurt (I use Light and Fit)
1/4 skim milk
1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
8-10 ice cubes
Throw in blender and then enjoy!
